Removal of original road separating two ponds. Pugmill mixes fly ash (12%) and road base (77%) with water (10%). Dump trucks deliver road base material. Mix is compacted in six inch lifts. Completed road is 28 feet high, 525 feet long with expected service life of 15 years.
