Co-Product Uses
Coal Combustion By-Products

The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) has recognized that Coal combustion by-products, when used in the applications contained in the table below, are considered to be beneficially reused or recycled Co-Products, and not waste material. Such Co-Products, when used in accordance with industry standards, are not subject to TNRCC waste regulations.
